The manager of the home was not very supportive once I had informed them of a recent health problem, there was nothing put in place to alleviate my back problem, still expected to spend up to 5-6 hours bent over a sink, kitchen manager was was not very understanding either.

What this job description doesn't say is that on most days you spend up to 5-6 hours bent over a sink which is way too low for most people, hence terrible strain on your back!! Second chef was lovely and great to work with and the other kitchen assistants were great to work with also.
